Love Notes are not just blank pages, it is literally snapshots of therapy help that I offer.  Each section offers the help you need to navigate and manage whatever you are going through at that time.  I dedicate this to my sistas to let you know I’ve been there and want you to know that YOU are not alone.  I’m dedicated to changing the narrative of strong black women being equated to struggle.  The activity I most love in the journal is to write yourself a Love Letter.  Nothing changes until you do.
